Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The duty under § 36 VSBG applies only to businesses with more than ten employees.
The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was shut down on 20 July 2025. A link to it is deliberately not given here.
